Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our North Carolina studio. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and can take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING and RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged shipment or the goods received do not match your order confirmation, we are more than happy to replace your item(s)! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at alan@pinecrestprintery.com and we will take care of it!
